Lady Fliers Crush Sandusky in District Semi Final 15-0 in Run Rule Rout!

The Lady Fliers went hitless in the first inning today at Genoa Middle School. Sign of trouble. Not exactly. The teens put three on the board in the second and a ridiculous 11 in the 9 hit, three double third.
13 hits. Grace Knehr, Chase Arndt, Hunter Schwochow, Julie Munoz, and Kylie Cantu swatted two base hits each. Chase, Hunter, Kamdyn Taylor, Kendall Bailey, and Murissa Drown each had one of five doubles.
Meanwhile, the more important than you think DEFENSE was stellar. Zero errors behind steady pitcher, Hunter Schwochow. The Defiance Bound senior gave up but two hits and two walks. The Flier Ace is as consistent as the daily sunrise, it seems.
It appears that the teens from CHS will meet Bowling Green in the District Championship game at NOON. BOWLING GREEN is currently 17-5. A big Win Saturday will tie our girls for most wins in a single season with the Final Four team of ten years ago. It will make the sixth ranked blue and gold 24-2.
Congratulations, girls, Coaches Marshall, Miracle, and Atterholt. Best wishes Saturday. ????????????????????????????
