Four RBI Day For Cam Farrar Seals The Deal In Clyde Fliers Varsity’s Victory Over Sandusky
Cam Farrar wasted no opportunities at the plate on Friday, driving in four on three hits to lead Clyde Fliers Varsity past Sandusky 21-2 on Friday. Farrar drove in runs on a single in the first, a single in the second, a sacrifice fly in the third, and a single in the fourth.
Clyde Fliers Varsity got on the board in the first inning when Farrar singled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run.
Clyde Fliers Varsity notched nine runs in the second inning. Clyde Fliers Varsity batters contributing to the big inning included Grant Reese, Cayden Rollins, Ryan Lozier, Farrar, Seth Hohman, and Chris Florence, all driving in runs in the inning.
Reese pitched Clyde Fliers Varsity to victory. He surrendered two runs on four hits over five innings, striking out seven.
Gavin Craig took the loss for Sandusky. He went one and one-third innings, allowing 12 runs on 11 hits and walking one.
