Clyde Fliers Varsity Jumps Out To Early Lead In Victory Over New Riegel
An early lead helped Clyde Fliers Varsity defeat New Riegel 8-4 on Thursday. Clyde Fliers Varsity scored on a double by Mikey Haynes in the first inning, a double by Cam Farrar in the second inning, and a double by Haynes in the second inning.
After New Riegel scored one run in the top of the sixth, Clyde Fliers Varsity answered with one of their own. New Riegel scored when Noftz singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run. Clyde Fliers Varsity then answered when Cayden Rollins singled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run.
