Clyde Clyde Fliers JV watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 13-2 loss to St. Johns on Saturday. St. Johns took the lead on a single in the first inning.
The Clyde Clyde Fliers JV struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing St. Johns, giving up 13 runs.
St. Johns got on the board in the first inning. St. Johns scored one run when Disalle singled.
St. Johns scored 11 runs in the second inning. The offensive onslaught by St. Johns was led by Pelok, Disalle, Snyder, Toth, Spidel, and Valentine, who all drove in runs.
